LONGER ANSWER: Reiki translates from Japanese as Universal Wisdom (Rei) Life Force (Ki). Just like you, your pet, & favorite tree all have personal life force, so does the Universe!

While Reiki can be spiritual in nature, it does not have any dogma or religious affiliation, nor does it require any certain belief system. Often it is used to complement current medical treatment. It is being recognized in hospitals, cancer centers and more.

The practitioner will lightly lay their hands, invite Reiki, request any intentions, and let the energy flow. Personal mindfulness helps, but is not a requirement. During a session, be open & receptive to the gifts (infinite jewels!) the universe imparts. Reiki intelligence will never go against your will.

Everyone experiences it in their own way, although some common themes are stress reduction, clarity, better sleep, less anxiety, emotional release - the list goes on because Reiki is also unique because one's intention can inform the healing. Remain clothed, be comfortable and enJoy!

Holy Fire® III World Peace Reiki is a new energy introduced by the International Reiki Training Center in 2014. It is quite warm and powerful, helping to reveal our authentic selves and promote soul unification. I have experienced it as a deep wisdom ushering in powerful healing that gets to the root of the issue.

Reiki Classes
Invest in well-being and learn Reiki for yourself & loved ones, including pets! Whichever level, one will be able to practice Reiki for indefinitely.

With the Holy Fire® Reiki Master present, we will have Reiki experiences and energy attunements during class time. Participants will be given a Reiki Placement (Level 1, 2, Practitioner) or Holy Fire Ignition (Master Level) by the Holy Fire energy itself –– a pure source and connection. I will have materials for you (manuals by the ICRT) with instruction on how to practice self-Reiki and on others and practice time. Please bring a notebook, wear comfortable clothes, and be open to receive
Taking the Master level is a further commitment to healing yourself and embodying the flame of Holy Fire. It is quite transformative!
